Hello, About a month ago, I tried to register for a HelioHost account: Username: patrickw Domain: patrickwigmore.heliohost.org As far as I could tell, it never went through. I was never even able to get the cPanel to come up, let alone actually log into it. The 'patrickwigmore' subdomain did not appear to have been created. I read that there were some delays processing new accounts. In need of a bit more haste, I remembered another host I had used before, got a new account with them, and all was well. I just assumed that my HelioHost registration had been lost into the ether, since I received no more emails about it. But now I have received emails telling me firstly that my account will be suspended and now, later on, that it has actually been suspended, and yet I didn't even know I had an account to suspend! Someone might want to look into this to see if it's a chronic problem. Don't worry about getting my account working. I am quite happy for it to be deactivated now. Thank you, Patrick
