  4. What's your domain name? If it's pointing to our nameservers, all you have to do is register an account with that domain name.
  5. It seems like you're new to MySQL and PHP. You should read through this: http://w3schools.com/php/php_mysql_intro.asp On cPanel, there is a MySQL wizard. Going through that will create a database and user for you.
  6. Did you create a database and add a user to it? What are the names that you're using for the database and user? Do you give correct permissions when you added the user to the database?

  12. That was for seeing whether or not we could allow accounts shell access. Those vulnerabilities aren't in the current config AFAIK.
