You could've just bumped your other post. Go on cPanel and click parked domains. Add smi.th-ro.in and wait a day or two and it should work. Also, change the nameservers of your dns to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org. Don't use A records.

Yes, I can log into cPanel without any problem. My username is pravin_n How are you accessing phpmyadmin? Where exactly are you encountering this error? You should be able to access phpmyadmin from cPanel.
