I thought the big dude upstairs (at least from Christianity) made two people, and everyone else descended from them. Then when they were making a tower to the dude's house, he got mad and made everyone speak different languages, and so different cultures emerged from that.

I haven't actually used DSL. I've only used Dial-up and wireless, and as far as I know, wireless is way better than dial-up.

Wireless is actually a transmitter hooked up to either DSL or cable.

And as for copyrighted stuff, people know the risks when they do that, they can be screwed over by the RIAA and the MPAA[sued]. The gov't doesn't need to monitor that.

I don't like Flash without a feasible substitute for when the visitor doesn't have Flash, because I support the 'Any Browser' campaign, and last time I checked, the Lynx browser[text-only] doesn't do flash

Anyone into Doctor Who? It's the longest running British scifi series. Ever. It kinda died in the 90s, but it was revived recently. I'm a fan of the revived series, and I want to get my hands on the old series too.

No offense to either of you but posting web ideas now a days is ridiculous. The web is so saturated it's so hard to come up with good ideas for websites and content, and even names. I just can't justify giving away ideas unless your a complete idea machine and are already working on a ton of them. I don't know, it's just my opinion.

It doesn't really matter, only one or two probes have ever seen pluto. Humans won't even see it face to face for decades to come.

I have an idea for those religious people. See if God created the original creatures on the Earth, and then everything evolved from the few original creatures. It makes sense to me, but whatever.

 

At my school (In Southern California), they teach evolution, too.

Many religious zealots would argue that God created all creatures, no evolution necessary. Evolution and Christianity don't mix. (as far as I know.)

I have a laptop that's about a year or two old. It's fast.

Any experienced user running on Linux should have fairly fast computers, no matter how old they are.
