Hi,

I'm new in using parked domain.

But months ago, djbob has been registered a domain from godaddy.com for me

It works until 2009.

Now it's not working anymore, jcxvyc.com no longer points to jcx.heliohost.org

I wondering what's wrong with this.

Is it something to do with ICANN validation email I received from godaddy.com weeks ago?

Or something else I don't know.

About email accounts, I believed that you can see it at your cPanel login page

On the left hand side there, there should listed the number of email accounts you're having

and the maximum email accounts that you can have

(I'm supposing that's infinite)

What assumptions have it made?

I care nothing about the uptime report.

I've received an email from godaddy.com, saying that as the domain owner registered in godaddy.com

I've to review/update contact data under registration annually.

But I don't have the login name and password to access godaddy.com

Should I just ignore the email?

I'm not sure about gmail since i'm not using it.

Add stevie.heliohost.org into trusted list as I do in yahoo mail.

Hmmm.. I (myself)never saying that getting into religions more than one is wrong.

Agreed with you that religion is just laws / guidance that helps you get into the right path.

It's just spiritual believe that you hold onto.

I'm currently using yahoo, by adding stevie.heliohost.org into trusted list.

My hotmail used to receive mail too, but not now.

The validation usually takes less than 24 hours.

But recently djbob is busy for settling server problem.

Honestly... I just not satisfied with the features they offered.

Yea indeed Heliohost wasn't recover its stable state in the past.

So it's frequent that you will encounter such problem that your site doesn't show up.

Sometimes, however you might able to login your cPanel.

Just don't panic.
