    Thanks djbob for your honesty. It takes a big man (good man) to tell it like it is even when it's not a pretty picture. I get frustrated with the stability sometimes but I remind myself that you were honest from the beginning about Johnny and Stevie. I also really appreciate the effort and desire to provide a great service and for me that makes it a great service. Anyway, I have my site here and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Thanks!

    I found this post in the Cpanel support forum and it seems to address the problem CP-Wrap Critical Error (signal 11 from wrapped program). This is from the specific post that I think may help. At first I thought it was something the admins needed to do on the server side but it appears the user did the actual steps. Check it out and let me know what you think. <<<I reinstalled the List::Util and Bundle::DBD::mysql perl I have forcefully reinstalled both the DBI and DBD::mysql perl modules, and this no longer appears to be an issue.     @opportunity You can read on the home page about the issues they have here and that everyone is up front about them. You can read all the posts in the forum of issues that have been corrected and some that may not have been but everything is out in the open. Nothing hidden. Hate that you lost your databases. Hopefully you backed up the information locally as anyone who has been online for years would do.

    Been trying to help out in the forum. I think I have actually helped a couple of folks. I'm still learning about HelioHost. Would it be possible to give me some read-only access to see what is going on with accounts as far as suspensions and such? I already use the DIG and HelioHost Server Monitor. Are there other sites or logins you guys wouldn't mind me using? Of course I also already use the non Helio stuffs like Ping, NSLOOKUP, Whois, etc. Thanks!

    How often do you log into your account? When was the last time you logged in? There is a monthly login requirement to keep your domain active on the servers.     I kinda like the new YT look but I do not like the fact that all my friends videos from Facebook are showing up in a stream on the main page. Yes I did link FB to YT but that is so I can choose to show my activities of YT on FB, not the other way around. Anyway the look is nice, I think. What are your thoughts?

    Firefox has tried to become everything to everyone and in doing so has become the resource hog IE used to be. Until they fix it (which they have announced they are trying to do) I will be using IE primary.

    logo.png is the name of a default image in the WP theme. It is positioned by the WordPress theme. I can replace the image, no problem, with another as long as I keep the logo.png name but I also want to put another image next to it. None of the .PHP files that come with the theme (shown in my first post) present me with code where I can edit the positioning of the logo.png graphic. Incidentally, right now I am getting an error 500 on the page but have not touched it since my last post and it was working. Funny, I can ping 360DegreeNetworking.com though. Cleared cache. Will just wait and see on this part. Please advise on the other if you come up with something. Thanks!

    Technically if you have a full size image then its not really an excerpt. But if you are not even getting a thumbnail then that would be a problem. It does sound like it is a feature (or lack of feature) of the theme.

    The +1 button that shows up in search results? Not sure you can change that. Not like a Favicon. Sorry wish I were more help. Will research more.

    I guess to clarify and bump the question...on my page I have a .png file called logo.png. To the left of it I want to put that spinning globe GIF you see in one of my posts. I should be able to add a simple table and two cells but which page do I edit? None of the PHP pages have the code that needs to be edited. I guess it is dynamically created by PHP and CSS but there has to be a way. If I view source on the live page and copy that source to notepad, I can edit it and make the page look how I want it to. The problem is I do not know the name of the HTML page I am editing. I edited the code and put it in my public_html folder for an example but that is outside of the WordPress admin. If I use that page I give up all the WordPress features. http://www.360degreenetworking.com/sping.html <<<< I want this in WordPress The WP admin dashboard for this theme at least does not let me edit the needed code, it seems.

    hmm I see where the main image is and yes I understand what an excerpt is but not 100% sure about the question. Where do the excerpts show up? When someone comments?
