Have you tried to register before.then you must delete the account , if you can't delete it wait for our admin to see this , they will do it for you helio host dont offer paid host....

i have made a 500 error page for helio host web sites if the admins liked it you can make it as your 500 error page. i just made it when i was free as was just checking the forums and the 500 error occured at least twice in a minuit. check the page in my website -- > http://techstream.org/jjjjjjjjjjkkkkkkkkkkkkk22222/500.html If any admin can tell to where i should send the css and the html file i will send it or i will upload as a post.

LOL it is because you used fixed positon for all elements so the reference point is left side top corner of the browser, try to redesign it without using fixes position for all elements. if you can tell the link i can give you suggestion for the css.

i think you must try to remove it and try to install manually. thought i dont use CMS other that my own custom ones , i think problem is because some files are missing from the directory or some error occurred when you installed the 2 different versions, try to use the latest version or the one in which you are best with.

Werer you can clean up all the files from your public_html then remove the data base if needed. then go to softaculous and select the word press and leave the directory box empty that will install it in the root directory.

i think djbob has not checked the forum for few weeks.

you can add 2snd.com as an addon domain in cpanel and point it to our name servers.

you can over write the index.php file in the root directory with your own index file. i think you need to change the front page of wordpress, to do that just make a post and delete the defaulat one. if you have installed the wordpress manually it will not appear in Softaculous.

i think you were suspended due to in activity you can try to reactivate it from here http://www.heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/renew if you are not able to reactivate , wait for a while till admins manually reactivate you

that can be done by admins only.Wait for a while or try sign up with other domain name i.e free sub domain from helio host. then you can add the domain in add on domains. helio host provides infinite add on domains.
