  1. There are two main reasons I can think of that would cause this. First, you have a broken installation. Try completely removing and reinstalling. If that doesn't work, then it's likely that PHP doesn't have the correct memory limit required by this software.

If that's the case, you'll need to find the minimum requirements for the script and create a new topic in Customer Service requesting the memory limit be changed to that value.

If neither of those solve the problem, then you'll have to contact customer support of the company that makes this software, since it most likely is not an issue on our end.

  2. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

NOTICE: This is your second suspension for high server load. A third suspension for high load may be permanent.

  3. Could you post the URL to your script please?

    From http://heliohost.org/home/features/languages/perl :

Perl scripts are easy to configure and run. Just create a file in your cgi-bin directory under public_html, and place the Perl "shebang" line (#!/usr/bin/perl) on the first line of the file. Below this line you may write Perl code. Make sure you make this file's CHMOD permissions 755, and output a Content-type header before anything else.
