Who is your domain registrar/provider?

There are two main reasons I can think of that would cause this. First, you have a broken installation. Try completely removing and reinstalling. If that doesn't work, then it's likely that PHP doesn't have the correct memory limit required by this software.

If that's the case, you'll need to find the minimum requirements for the script and create a new topic in Customer Service requesting the memory limit be changed to that value.

If neither of those solve the problem, then you'll have to contact customer support of the company that makes this software, since it most likely is not an issue on our end.

You are correct, your account was suspended for too many cron jobs. I suggest using a free service such as setcronjob.com for more cron.

That is correct, and is why Stevie is the more stable server. If you need that functionality, it is available on Johnny.

Look for any error_log files in the redax directory and post the contents. Also, what is your cPanel username and server?

If you selected a full backup on Johnny, then yes it will restore all your data.

The vote gTLD is not yet available for registration. You'll need to use a different domain until it is available. You can change your main domain using http://heliohost.org/home/support/scripts/domain Or, if you prefer, you can use parked or addon domains to add a second domain to your account.

What connection string are you using to access the database and to execute your query?

We have noticed that this often happens when users have cPanel and FTP or phpMyAdmin open concurrently. Make sure at least one of these connections is closed or has been inactive for a few minutes and see if you still have this issue.

Also, the internal server error is a bit more common on Johnny due to higher load. Use http://heliohost.grd.net.pl/monitor/ to monitor server load.

Unfortunately it is not possible to force a permissions setting. What settings are you using to connect with C9?

What error message do you receive?

I'm getting a 404 error page, which means your account is active and not queued. Make sure you index file is named in all lowercase letters.

The $12 fee is for the IP address required by private SSL certificates. The certificate must be purchased somewhere else, and the price and expiration varies by provider.

There currently isn't a way for users to monitor CPU and memory usage.

What specifically isn't working?

Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server.

If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

Is it not possible for your friend to create the account himself?

As long as your site does not contain illegal content, use large amounts of server resources, or violate our terms of service (http://wiki.helionet.org/Terms), then you will be okay here.

Unless you are using Java, Ruby on Rails, or ASP.net on your website, then Stevie is the best option.
