Yes, I just tried with Node version 22 that I use in my PC. I am not sure. I have just deployed the app.js according the heliohost wiki. Yes I found it when looking for solutions in Google. But as it fits my requirements to generate pdfs in Bengali it will be great if can be implemented. This app has just a simple task to generate pdfs based on a template, so I and others can Generate pdfs just from mobile without using a word processor.

Username: msbsurfi Hello, I have an NodeJs app that uses html-pdf (It is needed for specific purpose: It correctly handles the Bengali Unicode characters, others like pdfmake or pdfkit cannot) runs well in my local PC environment but in plesk it shows an error regarding html-pdf. I have checked other things (file permission, directory permission are ok) and they are ok. The error shows conf_def.c file missing a equal sign but I do not find the file in plesk directory search. Oh I see. The parent domain hhfn.org.bd is not pointing to tommy. I am using Azure free credit to host the wordpress site. So we are getting back to heliohost as soon as the credit finishes. So I need that domain to remain in heliohost plesk. Can you please detach the domain app.hhfn.org.bd from hhfn.org.bd so it does not automatically get disabled. I have restarted the NodeJS app, hope this will be working after next apache restart. But I see an warning message that the document root is using by another domain in this subscription. It tells me to specify another document root. But I don't know is it possible or not. I think this happens because I used the same app.js with other domains (though NodeJS is disabled on these domains). Is there any way to solve the issue and keep the app.js in root directory only for app.hhfn.org.bd ?

Thanks a lot. But I see another problem. One of my domain is disabled by the hosting provider. I don't know the reason. I use that app to create facebook poster.

Hello, vps112 Yesterday I reboot Ubuntu and I got a email "OpenSSH restart failed". So I reboot again and got no such mail. Everything working perfectly. Today I started getting mail "MySQL connection error on dmcrac.org Can't connect to MySQL localhost:3306 -------------- SELECT VERSION() -------------- ERROR 2006 (HY000) at line 1: Server has gone away" So I again tried rebooting and got the same mail "OpenSSH restart failed". and also the other "MySQL connection error on dmcrac.org " The second mail arriving every 5 minutes I think. But now (after 30-40 minutes) sites are up. But I am not sure the server is properly configured and all services are running. Best Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

Hello, I am trying to send a invitation email using roundcube webmail from VPS plan. There are 390 receivers. I tried 95 per email. But I see no email is sent to their mailboxes. Though the mailboxes having addresses using the same domain as sender successfully receives the mail. Also when I try to send a single mail to a gmail.com or other mail address, it is delivered without any problem. Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

While both Gmail kept it in inbox, both Outlook kept in spambox. I've sent an email with good content and a link to our website.

Mailgun: 7.2/10 https://www.mail-tester.com/test-85e91yoda I tried this sending to several Gmail, outlook accounts. All mail go to inbox. I think Gmail and outlook keeps the mail in spam box according to their own blacklist. Can you please tell me how can I change ssh port? Now my VPS is in production mode. So it is necessary. I tried to configure another port. But everytime I try to connect, it refuses connection though firewall policy is correct and not blocking. So I haven't turned off default port. Once I mark one email as safe, the next emails arrive at inbox. That means That means mail will keep arriving at spambox until you mark one of the mail as safe. And also I see headers are well and mails are sent from VPS. I had a spf that rejects all mail from other IP addresses. Also used hestia generated DKIM. Now I am using SMTP relay by Mailgun for 1 year. But after 1 year it will be too much costly to afford. It will be a good news for us if you can increase IP reputation by this period or get a way buy fresh reputed IP from your ISP and attach them with our VPS. We are willing to pay if needed for a fresh IP address having no bad reputation.

Sorry for changing PTR record again. I thought it should the domain from which I am sending mail. But after searching I see it should be the SMTP server that is sending the mail. Am I correct? If yes, please change the PTR to mail.dmcrac.org I appreciate your suggestion if I am incorrect. I see a rdns mismatch at mxtoolbox and finding all mail sent from the domain at spambox.
