Hello, I am trying to send a invitation email using roundcube webmail from VPS plan. There are 390 receivers. I tried 95 per email. But I see no email is sent to their mailboxes. Though the mailboxes having addresses using the same domain as sender successfully receives the mail. Also when I try to send a single mail to a gmail.com or other mail address, it is delivered without any problem. Regards, MD Shifat Bin Siddique

I tried to configure another port. But everytime I try to connect, it refuses connection though firewall policy is correct and not blocking. So I haven't turned off default port. Hello, $5 is donated using email msbsurfi@gmail.com Can you please check and increase 1GB in hosting username: hhfn Regrading the VPS: I have tried with complete DNS records, but mail is going to spam in Gmail and Microsoft. Once I mark one email as safe, the next emails arrive at inbox. That means That means mail will keep arriving at spambox until you mark one of the mail as safe. And also I see headers are well and mails are sent from VPS. I had a spf that rejects all mail from other IP addresses. Also used hestia generated DKIM. Now I am using SMTP relay by Mailgun for 1 year. But after 1 year it will be too much costly to afford. It will be a good news for us if you can increase IP reputation by this period or get a way buy fresh reputed IP from your ISP and attach them with our VPS. We are willing to pay if needed for a fresh IP address having no bad reputation.

Sorry for changing PTR record again. I thought it should the domain from which I am sending mail. But after searching I see it should be the SMTP server that is sending the mail. Am I correct? If yes, please change the PTR to mail.dmcrac.org I appreciate your suggestion if I am incorrect. I see a rdns mismatch at mxtoolbox and finding all mail sent from the domain at spambox.

The issue solved. https://github.com/hestiacp/hestiacp/issues/4808 this article is helpful. May be the problem is caused if hestia is upgraded to its latest version from any older version. Reinstallation not need. and many many thanks for helping me setting up the vps.

I am facing the same problem with webmail. 503 error. I imported user accounts using v-add-mail-account as root and succesfully all users are added. Then I tried to login to webmail and succesfully sent mail. But after I try apt update and upgrade as root it upgraded 2 pakages one of whom is Hestia. After success full upgrade I see this error again like the previous installation. Can you please figure the problem. I haven't run any critical command or command that I don't know how it works. Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later. Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Thanks. But rebuild usually won't be needed if I go to production as I needed to preserve huge user data. Another thing, my another hosting username: HHFN is suspended for storage overuse. Can I get a gb increase by donating $5 for steve?

After I create A record for webmail I see a 503 error everytime when I try to access. So I tried to reinstall roundcube and snappymail. Eventually I notice mariadb is not running (which might have caused the 503 error) and it can not be started. Also I think I can not find the log files. So I tried to reinstall hestia, but everytime I try, mariadb do not work. But the same process I try in Azure it works. Now I think the server is broken and need a Ubuntu reinstall. What is the super admin username and password for hestia? vs112.heliohost.us:8083 here? Should I need to reset it using SSH? And port 22 is always open? Can I turn it off when I am not managing the VM? I see this security measure in Azure. It will great if implemented here.

Thanks a lot for your valuable time for configuring the VPS. As there is security issue with Rainloopmail so it must be excluded from our choice. We need to make the VM as secure as possible. I will let you know if I face any problem. I'd try to quickly go to production now.

I want hestia with rainloopmail. But rainloop mail do not have password changing plugin for hestia ( Which creates a interface for mail users to change their own passwords ). It requires some manual workout. As I am not expert, I can't do it. I tried it in My Azure student subscription. If you can do this for me, please install Hestia with rainloop mail.
