  11. Seems to be just fine. Try not to have cPanel, website, FTP, file manager, ect... open on the same time. If you have 2 or more open you will get a 500 error.
  12. I think that is a default help from IPB and isn't from heliohost. Heliohost doesn't force your to place ads on your site.
  13. We can not give you more cron jobs, since they take up to much resources. However, you could set the cron job up on an external server (http://www.setcronjob.com/). Maybe this will work for your site.
  14. I would say ASP.NET or PHP. Depends on what you would prefer.

  25. About the pro-cannabis, I don't think it should be a problem. But an admin should give his opinion about this. And http://www.free-webhosts.com/ should give you a very good comparison between free webhosts.
