i just tested it and it worked for me after i clicked always trust this certificate for future sessions.
-
tell her to try clicking always trust this certificate in the unknown certificate popup then click ok. it seems like it is timing out due to inactivity on the users end.
-
Has she tried using the hostname as johnny.heliohost.org instead of handbasket.helioho.st

My sister has an account on the Johnny server and feels awkward about asking for help, but neither of us can figure this out. I hope it's okay for me to post in her stead!
Rather than updating the site through the website's actual interface, we update ours through Filezilla. Ever since Johnny has gone back up, my sister is able to access the site through the site, but it absolutely WILL NOT open with Filezilla anymore, and it's much easier/more familiar for her and I'd really appreciate some help. I thought it was just a Filezilla issue, but there's been no change or update to the program, and mine connects to my site just fine. It's only stopped working since Johnny went offline and came back so I wonder if there's a connection. It has been like this for several days.
It claims it keeps timing out, but she's tried it countless times over at least three days, if not longer, and it's always the same result. She says she also gets this popup about an unknown certificate...and honestly I'm not tech-savvy enough to even begin to understand that, or if it has anything to do with this...
Does someone know what might be going on, or how to help?
What's her username?

Thank you Krydos for all your hard work during this downtime to get Johnny back.
One question that can I change my account username?
The only way to change your hosting account username is by resetting your account. if it's the forum account, a root admin can change it.
-
Account has been reset and a new invite has been sent to your email address.
-
@Ookma-Kyi The range has been unblocked, try now
-
The IP range that your service is on was blocked by Krydos due to someone spamming. i'll escalate this so he can explain more.

Domain added. make sure to set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in the hostinger nameserver settings. You can find more information on how to do this here: https://support.hostinger.com/en/articles/1696789-how-to-change-nameservers-at-hostinger.

Have you tried reissuing the certificate in plesk and waiting up to 2 hours for certificate to fully setup?

I asked cause I was thinking about paying for it for the year as a donation. So I guess we just need to wait then...
You can always donate anytime at https://heliohost.org/donate/

basically i need to wait?
Yes

looks like license for plesk will need to be renewed. softaculous seems to already have expired. Krydos would need to renew these.
