I think that's what he was trying to do...the plugin he's using to generate a static WP site needs a bunch of resources itself though (apparently the install alone needed a really long PHP runtime setting in order to finish without timing out).
Yes it can use a lot of resources depending on how big the site is.

i would recommend making your WordPress site into a static site so you don't use a lot of server resources. there are many plugins that will help you with that. You can also use a caching plugin.

My wifi isn't nearly that fast. It's probably these 80 other wifi networks that I can see right now slowing me down a bit.
i have the Ultra plan which is supposed to be up to 400mbps, but i get 500 for some reason

I think my problem is that i am using apache code instead of nginx code

options +indexes is the only thing in there, i completely wiped the file.

Edit the .htaccess file and comment with a # the line that starts with Options.
Is Plesk using Nginx?
-
it might be something to do with my account
-
The .htaccess file is not the issue, i will wait for a root admin to assist me further.
-
Options not allowed here, referer: https://moneybroz.heliohost.us/wp-test/
i think it is the .htaccess file causing the issue, i will investigate this.

A bot is what posts the emails here, it might take a few minutes before it is posted.

oh ok

If you don't have an account already, a root admin will make an account for you and put you on the eta list.

You can check your account status at https://heliohost.org/eta
Tommy is still utilizing the dead cPanel installation and will still be a while before it is using plesk. They are moving accounts to plesk tommy first then they will start the plesk installation on Ricky, Johnny, and Tommy afterwards.

Heliohosts servers are based only in the us at this moment

If that's enabled, you should be able to connect to tommy2.heliohost.org with a mysql client on port 3306 and log in with that user unless there's a step I'm missing...is it not working for you?
i haven't tried yet, but when i do i will let you know of any issues.

3306. You need to make sure remote access is allowed though...can't look at the moment, but if I remember right, you do that by editing the database user that will be connecting, there's an option on the edit user page to allow the user to connect remotely.
Yeah, i selected "Allow Remote Connections from any host"

What is the remote mysql port on plesk tommy?

For some reason it does that with the images sometimes, but if you press Shift-F5 it starts working again.
i dug into the images thing and it shows a 404 error on the pages that the images are located.
