  1. You can delete your account using this script on a desktop: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete.
  2. Well as I mentioned briefly earlier, Johnny is more unstable and statistically has a slower up-time. Plus it does not help when Tommy users have been moving to the other servers. Since Tommy and Ricky are classified as production servers, signups are generally more limited due to the number of users who are on them. However, if you are interested in moving over to either servers, you can do so by donating. It may be probably best to do it once Tommy is good again if you want better server load. Otherwise, you would need to download a backup (if you wish), delete your account and then sign-up again to the server you want. You would then be queued and the time you are queued can vary.
  3. Ricky was experiencing a lot of downtime before. You should also be cautious with using WordPress due to the high CPU usage it can cause. Many do not recommend using it on HelioHost.
  4. You can always use HelioHost again once the Tommy server is sorted and then hopefully the load will be better on all the servers. You would just need to ensure that in the meantime you sign in every 30 days so you avoid inactivity.
  5. At the moment Ricky and Johnny are both experiencing higher load, especially Ricky, due to the situation that occurred to the Tommy server. Many users from Tommy have been creating accounts on either severs which has placed further strain. As I write this, Ricky was down and now has a load of 40.41. Johnny is also considered an 'experimental' server and has generally less downtime. With some hope, Tommy should be back again sometime September with thanks to the great voluntary staff, so please take this into consideration. Alternatively if you are interested, HelioHost do offer VPS at a monthly cost. You could otherwise find another host for the meantime.
  6. @sohamb03: I understand that an error appears if you try to add a .HelioHost.org domain as an add-on as I tried it out myself. By the way, the link you stated is incorrectly formatted. The user wants a second domain added as she mentioned multiple posts ago, and yes, if they would like to adjust their main domain, they can use: http://www.heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/domain/. However, I was actually informed that it is possible to have more than one .HelioHost.org domain. See below: Alternatively, there are free domains that could be used (such as .tk).
  7. I believe that if you would like another .HelioHost.org domain, this would need to be done by an admin. I presume this could be set-up as an 'addon' domain, as wolstech mentioned before.
  8. @flazepe I realise, but it was posted in 'Customer Service' originally.
  9. It was announced that once Tommy is back, PHP 7.3 will be available on that server. Refer to: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36821-php-73/
  10. You will just need to be patient for a little longer. There is no ETA, but some predict this September. But, I don't think Tommy has any of the five senses
  11. If you are continuing to have issues with FTP, please let us know. Otherwise, this has been marked as 'solved' in the meantime.
  12. Try checking again to see if you are able to view your domain. I believe Krydos has resolved the name server issue that you were having.
  13. Try checking again to see if you are able to view your domain and use FTP. I believe Krydos has resolved the name server issue that you were having.
  14. Considering that you are on the Tommy server, I hope the below information helps. The Tommy server was rest due to a hardware failure and is currently in the process of restoration, however, all accounts were wiped. You are able to download your backup via https://www.heliohost.org/backup/. Once the server is ready again, users will receive an invite to re-join the server. In the meantime, you could create a temporary account on Ricky by receiving an invite since you have said that you have donated. Donors can receive an invite by providing their PayPal transaction ID. If you have donated via the GoFundMe page, please provide your email address associated.
  15. How do I escalate the request? A moderator will once they see this or when an admin notices. Sorry if my wording was poor.
  16. Sorry if I caused any issues. The user has simply been waiting and I wanted to ensure that he gets attended to.
  17. All user data was cleaned from Tommy and you are able to download your backups via https://www.heliohost.org/backup if you wish. Your domains will need to be removed from the DNS cluster. An admin will need to do this. Please escalate this request.
  18. This topic might help: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/36708-cant-access-server-and-transfer-files-via-ftp/. Please also note that Ricky has been experiencing higher load recently. I am able to access your site with no problems.
  19. An admin may need to send this again manually or in another way to you.
  20. It is set to UTC and I believe the time zone is unchangeable.
  21. I had the same issue when I tried it manually on FileZilla. It could be due to high load?
  22. Try to clear your browser cache and flush your os DNS records.
  23. I would recommend that you use another email address on Ricky.
  24. An admin will need to confirm your donation and they will send an invite to Ricky. I have already recommended that this be moved to 'Escalated Requests' under 'Customer Service'.
