  4. I need to be able to configure a mailbox or two and I want encrypted connections for web mail and SMTP/IMAP. It looks like the way Plesk is set up it would be easiest for me to just use Tommy for the web site, as the "default" set up usually is. I think that would make it easy for me to use Plesk to set up the Let's Encrypt certs. I don't really care about the basic web site at this point, just getting Mattermost set up on the VPS at chat.pizzanbeer.wtf with email working for the pizzanbeer.wtf domain. Thanks for your patience.

  6. OK, thanks. I thought as much, but was hopeful maybe there was an API or something I'm unaware of that you are. May I humbly ask to change my response to your earlier question (below) and host the website on Tommy? ? Apologies for not thinking through the ramifications the first time you configure DNS for me.
  7. Without hosting the web site on Tommy, is there a way to automate applying the cert to the mail server (webmail and IMAP/POP/SMTP)?
  8. Thanks, @Krydos! The mail is working great, including a 10/10 score from mail-tester.com. Can you share or point me to info to help me get a Let's Encrypt cert for the mail server? Plesk complains that it can't find the authorization token at /.well-known/acme-challenge/ which makes sense because I plan to set up a web server on my vps, but haven't, yet. Is this just a one-time validation that I need to create the text file for or will this be a problem when Plesk/Let's Encrypt attempts to renew the cert(s)? If it would be easier/optimal to manage the DNS myself, I can do that, but it seems like I'm this close to having things ready to go.

  17. Thanks for the thorough response! I very much appreciate how much you have going on and the policies you have in place. I did see the posts about Johnny, but I had forgotten what server I was on. Oops. ? I didn't have anything worth attempting to save on my site, so not having a backup available isn't a problem for me. I am excited to get a site that I can start some development with, but I've waited this long, so a few more days isn't a big deal.   18. I sent an email to support@heliohost.org a little over two days ago (8 May 22) but I haven't received any response nor do I see anything posted in the email support forum for it. On 20 Dec 21 I donated to move up in the Plesk queue and I've kept my eye on my place in the queue. In the last week, as things picked up, I saw that my turn was swiftly approaching, but now I don't get any status for my email address - ray@greeble.com - when I view the ETA queue and I didn't get any email about my account being migrated. Can someone please tell me the status of my account and, if it's been migrated, how I can log in and manage it? Thanks! -Ray
