Hmm that's the problem... Probably an admin will have to remove that dns from the server cluster for u to add it again.

In your cPanel, in the 'General Information' tab check if it's your main domain. Else try finding it in the add-on domains list.

Not quite. Using the script u can't change to a heliohost.org subdomain. An administrator will have to manually set that up for you. Rest of it is correct.
