  1. Do you use Java frequently? Non use may lead to it's removal. Or was your account archived recently? These are the possible reasons.
  2. Probably due to high server load.
  3. Do as flazepe directed first. However if u still don't find that file then your method is correct.
  4. error??? Additionally I had forgotten to mention that eu.org's nameservers take a lot of time to update. Last time it took almost 2 hours for me.
  5. Yeah that link isn't accessible via cPanel. And eu.org domain can be added as an add-on in cPanel. In fact I had one as an add-on.
  6. Hmm.. Coz the account with username 'aniruddh' has been taken down due to inactivity.(So said the page at heliohost.org/status)
  7. Kindly share the link of your website.
  8. Most probably u used the PM on mobile.
  9. Add the following code to your .htaccess file (create new if u don't have one) : RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
  10. No not at all. You can still retain your Tommy account. Lily isn't a public server till now.
  11. Your account has been archived due to inactivity. To keep your account active you need only log in to heliohost.org at least once every 30 days. Failure to log in often enough results in your account being flagged as inactive. An administrator will unarchive your account shortly.
  12. You needn't post multiple times regardless of your domain. One request is enough.
  13. Amazingly now none of your links are accessible.
  14. I don't see that suspended. https://www.heliohost.org/status/?u=Tommygun
  15. All of them are working for me.
  16. As to figuring out the problem I can't help much. However I can tell you that if you reset your account you can get back all of your services. An admin can do that for you. Nevertheless resetting your account without knowing the cause isn't a very good idea according to me.
  17. Thanks Krydos. I will try that. Actually the .htaccess file is for https redirection. I will see what can be done though.
  18. wolstech had escalated the problem on high priority and we are hoping to have that done soon.
  19. Click on the post u wanna quote and you will see an option there. It works on mobile too.
  20. I know I too get that message while replying to PM from my mobile and the forum is usually stuck on mobile view thereon. But I checked right now from my PC and it's alright. Strange indeed.
  21. Actually while editing it I got an error stating that we couldn't determine which post you're attempting to view. That's why I had to create a new post.
