I opened it for the first time on my PC...previously checked it out on mobile. EDIT: What the hell? Previously the same page listed as Byron shared. But now it's showing the suspended page. However I opened that site first time from my PC so it's not possible anyways that I'm gonna see a cached p page.

No I amnt. The email arrived in spam but at least it did. Your problem must definitely be somewhere else coz if this was the problem then nobody at HelioHost would be able to send emails to Gmail.

Based on what I see here https://www.heliohost.org/status/?u=swtester your main domain is successfully changed. However it's queued for now and you need to wait till it's active. EDIT: Your domain is live now.

Probably that was due to a spelling error in the username. Never mind... be happy that things got settled.

See I don't know about heliohost2.gmail.com but the Softaculous script installation/uninstallation emails come from heliohost2@gmail.com. Any connection between the two?

Neither is your hosting account suspended not is it deleted. It's an active account and your main domain too is perfectly alright. What exactly do you want?

I guess the max storage u can receive is 2000mb. I repeat I don't know properly.

It's been queued like another recent complaint. Probably an Apache restart is required for the changes to occur.

Just wait for some hours... It should be automatically solved. Last time when I too was facing the same problem, it was solved the next day.

Just updated that flazepe. Probably he did add a new domain. Last time I did, I too was getting that error if u remember.

Your account isn't suspended. What exactly are you requesting? EDIT: If you're talking about your domain, try uploading some files into the public_html folder.
