Your account cannot be reset and you will need to sign up for a new one. A root admin will send you an invitation link to sign up again. Also, we do not recommend using WordPress since they are vulnerable to attacks. You might have a better luck using Joomla.

By the way, instead of signing up again for Johnny, you might want to wait until Tommy or Ricky sign up resets at 0:00 UTC. Both of the servers are way more stable than Johnny.

You're on Johnny, which tends to be extremely slow sometimes. It's an experimental server after all. Might want to delete your account and sign up for Tommy/Ricky.
