That happens because we use cpanel as our control panel. Just name your directory something else.

You're responsible for your account and any malware or spam it might send. We have a finite number of IP addresses, and it wouldn't be fair to everyone else if someone was to ruin each of our IPs in this same way.

It's not a problem. It's a security risk to have remote access to a database so it's disabled intentionally by default. Most people don't want and don't need remote access. Remote access enabled.
