Hmm, I wouldn't worry about that, when @Krydos sees this he'll install all the necessary packages. And to save him time later he'll probably install all the ones that were on 7.1 to 7.2.

When they are online, you'll probably get a response in less than 24 hours and an email sent within ~10 minutes of them seeing it. Be sure to check your spam folder though.

APCu for 7.1 and APCu for 7.2 have to be installed separately, they are different packages.

I don't know but if the packages haven't been installed you can't enable them anyway.

If you updated or changed your PHP version then APCu is probably not enabled in php.ini. Most likely the same for the FPM package.

Judging by the lack of replys and 60 views, I'm guessing nobody knows how to do this. I guess with a google seach you will be able to find a framework or libary. Please post how you did it so someday, when someone searches the forums on how to do this. They will know how you did it

That is possible and would be fine to do though I recommend using the Heliohost DNS rather than A records. And you can have unlimited addon domains and sub-domains.
