  1. Do you already have a certificate, or do you plan on self-signing?
  2. We don't have mod_python. The loaders are specified here - neither of them are mod_python. The mod_python references you're seeing in the Snake Charmer page are just default libraries that exist in Python for interfacing with mod_python.
  3. Okay, calm down and give me a tl;dr. I'm just going to ignore everything above the double colons. mirani.tk seems to load fine, and tabrizu.co.cc is giving a 404, which means either it's pointed fine and you just don't have a working index page, or it means that it isn't pointed at HelioHost.
  4. It's not about your grammar. There's a reason I'm not being direct about it, and that's because it's easy to avoid this rule and I don't want you avoiding it.
  5. MySQL seemed to be taking a whole lot of CPU time. After restarting it, load is back in reasonable ranges. It's below 4 right now...
  6. Awesome find rvt, and thanks for debugging! I have a feeling this might be related to this unresolved bug I identified a couple of years ago involving ODBC in PHP.
  7. Wizard: from a quick try in cPanel's "Zone Editor", it looks like no? rvt: wait, so this works when server load is low?
  8. Sorry, but we can't do that for you. Our job is to fix server problems, not to identify software problems. Besides, the error you're getting is easy to get around if you the follow its instructions. Contact the guys who made BlogEngine.NET.
  9. Have you tried accessing the account from different ISPs?
  10. Okay, so turned out there was trouble with Perl. I had to recompile ImageMagick with --disable-openmp, and in the process upgraded our installation. Image::Magick for Perl is definitely working now.
  11. We have mod_mime_magic, not "mode_mime_magic". root@stevie [~]# httpd -l | grep mod_mime_magic mod_mime_magic.c
  12. Unfortunately, we can't offer than on Stevie at the moment. In a couple of months, once we have our new server up and running, we'll be able to offer that functionality.
  13. I have no idea what's going on. Does the occur from multiple computers?
  14. Okay, I've installed the library systemwide.
  15. That's the Perl library. Okay, it should be installed now.
  16. Not necessarily. One super-easy thing to do would be to just use a text editor that doesn't add the carriage return. Another option is to use whatever text editor, but then use the UNIX utility "dos2unix" to convert the carriage returns. You can get this on Windows with cygwin. Alternately, you could write your own script to do this - it shouldn't be too hard. There might even be something online.
  17. Hint: there's a message in red text in a red box that you're missing.
