Turns out a lot of accounts are on 65.19.141.68 - it's not a dedicated IP. Weird that cPanel let's you delete other peoples' certificates, though. 64.62.151.107 is currently listed as having 2.rickey.asia, school.rickey.asia, secure.rickey.asia, and w.rickey.asia. Are these domains under your account?

About a month ago, it seems that somebody had registered the domain "kmgr.heliohost.org" from your IP. Any idea who this might be? Note that HelioHost accounts are enabled to support unlimited parked/addon/subdomains, so if you do have the other account you really don't need a second.

Depends on whether or not I can get a delegation for more IPs from the parent host. I hear that the IPv4 well is running dry...

You might want to read up on DNS records. CNAMEs are basically aliases for other domains, so what you did was you set up your domain as an alias for heliohost.org. As a result, you saw the directory listing for heliohost.org. Glad everything worked out!

This is happening because instead of setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org, you set your CNAME record to heliohost.org.

Do you control both twt.heliohost.org and ricw.heliohost.org?

We're not using Plesk; we're using cPanel. Are you sure you installed the certificate with the right webhost?
