We actually don't need to give them a dedicated IP. We can just put them on another shared IP. chentong: You've been moved to another IP. Your site should be visible within 24 hours.

We've already been over this. I have no idea why the cache issue is occurring, and there's no way to change the page. If anyone knows how to truly prevent browsers from caching, I'd love to hear it.

This is horrible timing... I just posted to the Moderator Discussion board about how we are out of dedicated IPs. Sorry, but we can't give a dedicated IP at this time We'll be looking into possibly charging for dedicated IPs in the future, as our parent host has begun charging as well.

The IP is refusing to be assigned, despite no longer showing any existing assignments. I have contacted the cPanel support team to see if they can assist on this issue.

Weird... glad it solved the problems, though. I'll take a look at the IPs now.
