First of all, you're only supposed to have one HelioNet username. Use your Tbone account. Second of all, you're not supposed to fill out the username field. That's for renewals, which is why that field is under the Renewal header.

Nope... I mostly taught myself. As for the small tasks, perhaps... but it would take some coding to get a user system up and running, so maybe, but not in the near future.

Thanks for your concern. However, our ads system is currently offline. It'll be put back online as soon as possible. In short, you don't have to do anything

Hey everyone, As you may know, I've had some trouble funding HelioHost lately, and I am losing a good deal of money. I need to put ads somewhere. Ads will enable me to upgrade the server, improve speed, expand the service, etc. My question is: where would ads be least annoying? I would to fund the service, but I don't want to annoy anyone. Please pick your favorite three options out of the list. Thanks, djbob * Interstitial ads show between page navigation, ie. when you click a link, you will see the ad first, and then it will forward to the page you want to see. You are able to skip viewing the ad through a link on the advertising page.

I don't really trust any of you. None of you have any experience with Linux server admin. People go to college to learn how to handle these things - I highly doubt any of you would know what to do if the server crashed.

You can find that at http://yoursitehere.com:2082/frontend/x3/ssl/install.html.
-
That's really weird... Anyways, the OS is CENTOS Enterprise 4.6.
-
Not quite. You have to pay for a certified certificate. You can just use SSL to secure a connection - that doesn't mean people will trust you, but hackers won't be able to intercept packets. Anyways, I'm surprised that cPanel doesn't show this feature, as it is enabled. Go ahead and try going to http://yoursitehere.com:2082/frontend/x3/ssl/ and see if that helps you.

Sorry... yah, I tend to take a long time. I think awsomejoe23 has the record for longest wait... hehe. I'll try to get it done later today.
-
Sorry for my late response. My response is in the other forum.
-
Uhm, what script are you using? That should be completely irrelevant for any functions you'll need.
-
Sorry, but I don't have any ideas. Looks like this is a complicated MySQL error; I would ask on their support forums.

Kuruizaku, it appears that you have exceeded your bandwidth as of this month, and not the previous. PM me at the end of this month and I will reenable your site.
-
What...? You've been banned.

Read our rules. Learn to spell, stop being off-topic... just read the rules.

Try waiting for about one day. If you still have a problem, please reply with your cPanel username and I'll take a look at it.
-
Your account has been re-enabled. However, please note that if you keep exceeding bandwidth your account will be suspended monthly and you will have to PM me on the 1st of every month to re-enable it. In that case, your bandwidth problems might be coming from FTP, email, or some protocol other than HTTP. If you aren't using any of these things, PM me at the end of the month so that I can check your statistics.

Thanks, you've been approved

Well, I've activated all the queued accounts, so your account should be online now. If it's still offline, that means you've broken a rule.
-
Your account has been activated.
-
...? What are you talking about...?
-
You broke our rules. Your accounts have been deleted.
