  1. If you are going to get a domain from HelioHost, I need you to provide your info. You can't use another company. And for the record, your posts are going to have to be better quality than they currently are in order to get a domain name. Read the big, red, bolded text at the top of the page.
  2. When you were signing up, did you happen to read the big bold text at the bottom of the page? We aren't giving you free TLDs.
  3. You can always signup for a new account if your first one isn't working. What's the username for your first account, so I can check what happened to it?
  4. Well, I really don't know about the bouncing. I would set up a filter rule in your email to just delete those bounce messages. I mean, if the script's working, bounce messages aren't a big price to pay.
  5. Your account is active. Note that both username and password are case sensitive when logging into cPanel.
  6. You need to set the nameservers on your domain to ns3.heliohost.org and ns4.heliohost.org. Then, after 12-72 hours for DNS propagation, your domain name should work fine.
  7. I can't find an account with the username "Trippin". What's your domain name? How about your email?
  8. Yes: for now, you don't have to have ads nor pay.
  9. Hmm? If the script is not in your DocRoot (public_HTML/www), then how were you able to test it to confirm that it works properly?
  10. Probably some bug in the suspension program regarding case sensitivity or something. I'll fix it sometime.
  11. No, it's ad-based, just without ads
  12. To the PHP script.
  13. I think this one was a copy of another scam site... I did a Google search.
  14. I reactivated your account by typing in your username at http://heliohost.org/scripts/renew.php... what URL did you get in the email?
  15. The user executing the script is not a member of your group. Just set it to 777, and give me the URL. Don't worry; with open_basedir and suPHP it's not much of a security risk to set permissions to 777.
  16. Try setting the script's CHMOD setting to 777.
  17. That's what I thought, but this was absolutely obvious. He had a Flash login to Runescape that failed indefinitely that requested a bank PIN, and he collected credit card information. There's no question that this was a phishing scam. A lot of young people conduct scams like this. I've had some spammer try to blackmail me into giving him a free domain once; he was like 13.

Currently, no. If I put them in error pages or something, then yes, but barely anything. The ad code is like 100 bytes or so... it's client-executable javascript, so instead of the whole ad being passed from your site to the user, the javascript is passed from your site to the user, and then the ad is passed from the ad service to the user. In short, you aren't losing much bandwidth at all, if any.
  19. See if there is an "error_log" file in the same directory as your script.
  20. The ads system is currently down, so it doesn't matter. You don't have to "pay" any Helions, or post at all
  21. One of his accounts (he should've only had one...) had a "Runescape 3 beta" running on it. It was a phishing scam... he asked for a pin number when logging in, and also asked for credit card information in order to register new accounts.
  22. You don't need to post at all. You can find out more about your account and plan from the Status function in cPanel.
  23. Uhm... evilhost.heliohost.org doesn't seem to be up and running. In fact, we don't even have an account with that domain name on our servers.
  24. I'm not quite sure about the functionality of that feature... what I would do is find some forums that deal with such stuff, find out what's going on by asking there, and if you need me to check or change anything just let me know.
