  1. Hi there, I am having difficulty logging in and believe I've tried all the steps: 1. logging into cpanel from heliohost.org, cpanel.mydomain.com, johnny.heliohost.org:2082/login/, redirects to "invalid login" page 2. I have performed 11 successful password resets 3. put in the password manually and using cut 'n paste 4. logging into mydomain.com:2077 seems to work but sends me to a directory listing of my account structure that I can browse 5. my account does not appear in the suspended queue (at least according to renew script) 6. I've tried both http & https 7. my site is up I am on: johnny, my domain is: soumomukherjee.com, my account is: soumo Any assistance is appreciated.

  3. Correct. I have removed the brute force protection from this account. Try logging in once. Let us know if you're still having trouble logging in, and for future reference our system is pretty brutal when it detects someone guessing passwords.

  4. An admin can give you an exact time or reset it for you, a few days would probably do it. We've had cases where weeks of wait would be involved but it doesn't sound like that's the case for you.

  5. Oh dear, then I guess I'm in for a wait! I guess a few days should do it? Thanks for the rapid response.

  6. Sounds like you're being blocked by our brute force protection system. Stop trying to reset or log in for a fair amount of time and then try again. The amount of wait-time compounds with each failed attempt.

  7. Well, if you haven't uploaded any files yet the upload limit is 500 MB. If you've uploaded 25 MB then your upload limit is 475 MB. If you win the website contest http://heliohost.org/home/website-contest that ends tonight then your limit would be 1000 MB.

  8. Your account was suspended for causing high server load. I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache.

  9. The Johnny server is now back online, and all websites hosted on Johnny should also now be online. Prior to this crash Johnny was online for 125 days straight. Hopefully it will be even longer than that before the next time he needs to go offline. As usual, load levels have a tendency to be rather high after a reboot so please be nice to Johnny for a while until all the dust settles.
