  1. Should be fixed now. For some reason your subscription was locked from syncing (which basically tells it to ignore the plans assigned to it and just use whatever settings it already has). I unlocked and resynced it with the 3000MB plan, and it has 3000MB now like it should.

  2. There's something wrong with the service plans on the server, we think something broke when we make changes to fix the 503 errors that users were seeing... i'll take another look when I get to a computer later this morning.

  3. Should be fixed. The subscription was set to the 3000 MB plan but for some reason the quota on your account was still 1000MB. I manually changed it to 3000MB in Plesk and removed the suspension on the subscription.
