That message is incorrect. I just looked in the backend and can confirm it was a cPanel Johnny account. We deleted the user accounts on that server instead of transferring them because the server was compromised and the accounts were being used for phishing.
Since you already have another account anyway, if this account did exist, you'd be violating the TOS instead (users are only allowed one account, which you already have as cvary611 on Tommy). The same email address that belonged to xlory061 is now attached to cvary611 on Tommy, so cvary611 is your account.
The account xlory061 does not exist, cannot be recovered, and cannot be recreated.
