Try again. It was showing as inactive yet again for some reason. I unsuspended it and changed your last login date to a few days ago (it was 1/5/14, hence the inactivity suspension). Let us know if it still doesn't work and we'll escalate this.1 point

The 'www' is just a link to public_html. Anything you change in public_html will show up if you view 'www', and vice-versa. The files are not stored twice.1 point
