Shell access is the ability to connect and use the terminal on the server to run commands. Usually its advertised as SSH access. Heliohost does not offer this for security reasons.

Many times i face this error while updating my website dlgen.heliohost.org server my account is on : stevie please increase the maximum users limit thankyou!!
