If you want your index page to load automatically use the name index.html not Index.html. On linux case matters.

I have sent you a private message on this forum system containing an email address. If you could forward one or several samples of the emails that your account will likely be sending to this address so we can verify that you aren't sending spam. I have reset the email throttle to the default new account value. As long as your samples look good, and we don't receive any spam reports regarding your account you can be whitelisted to not be automatically throttled in the future.
