The free helioho.st and heliohost.us subdomains must use our name servers. We do not support external DNS of any kind on the free subdomains for security reasons, nor do we allow users to host the content of such a domain on a different provider. If you want to use external DNS, you can get a free domain from a place like eu.org, set up the external DNS on that domain, point it to our IPs, and ask us to add the domain to your account

Neither have an email address with that ending, though one does have that as its domain. That account has been unsuspended. It may take a few minutes to start working.

I want to keep the account with the email ending in: *****els.nl.eu.org.

I was able to remove just the aowt.eu.org files (picked because that site didn't work and kept giving a 500 error) to make enough space to unsuspend this for you. If you want to remove the rest of the content, feel free to do so.

We cannot update nameservers on a free subdomain. If you want to use cloudflare then you would need your own domain for that.

Howdy! I recently created an account on Tommy2 and a postgres database, but when trying to access from pgadmin 4, I got an error complaining about "no pg_hba.conf entry", Would you please be so kind to allow connections from all hosts to my acct's pg db? Do you need any additional info? Thank you!

Hello, I thought I'd try the VPS service today but have decided to pursue an alternative route. I'd like to please cancel my subscription, wipe the VPS, and delete all of my account data from your servers, including for the forums (such as this post). I would like to eliminate all public and private instances of my username and email. Thanks for your help.

This account is suspended for violating the terms of service, so these cannot be changed as this time. Also, we cannot increase the max time limit permanently because it will likely result in your account causing too much load. (If this software is what I think it is, an extension of WooCommerce on WP, it's a leading cause of load suspensions and should not be run here...WooCommerce is known to be too heavy for our free service and requires a VPS in most instances).
