It can take up to 2 hours before they work because Apache has to restart before the domains will work after a merge.

Hi, I'm creating a social media with a real-time chat application using PHP WebSocket, the basic functionalities are working properly but I need to implement some other features as well. So I need help with the following related to the chat application: Login to the WebSocket using the credentials users use to log into the social media. Allow users to chat with their friends only. Identify users from the database using their ID and fetch data from the database. Show online/offline status based on the WebSocket. Show if a message is pending/sent/delivered/seen status. Show typing notification to the other user. I'm attaching a screenshot of the chat screen:

An invite has been sent to the email address you originally created your account with. After you signup you can change it to your new email address by clicking your username in the top right corner of Plesk and changing your contact info. -

It looks like they transferred, but if something is missing, you can download the backup of the cisc account and restore them from that.

From the cisc, can they still have the database from there? I saw it, so it's really possible to just merge, i thought we still have to reupload/recreate. Thank you🫶🥹

Account cisc has been merged into websys, and account websys has been unsuspended. Note that you are now exactly at 10 domains. If you need any additional, you'll need to remove one or switch to a VPS, as at this time we do not offer domain limit upgrades. If anything has gone missing, backups of both accounts before the merge are available from https://heliohost.org/backup/
