Should be fixed for the minutice and costajca domains but may take 2 hours to take effect. For mail, the officially supported solution is to use morty.heliohost.org as the IMAP and SMTP host names. There is no webmail or mail subdomain under the elearning domain (fourth level domains don't have these), so you won't be able to get a certificate for those. Wildcard certificates are not supported on our service.

Hello. The SSL/TLS certificates for the domain elearning.minutice.helioho.st are not all secure, preventing access via Webmail and IMAP. That domain cannot be deleted because it is the main domain. It would need to be replaced with another domain that is not already added as an addon domain. Also, your account is broken because the document roots for all 3 domains look to have been deleted and you dumped the website content in the home folder. You'll need to reset your account and start over, which will delete all 3 domains and all content belonging to them. During the reset you could just make rvan.net the main domain instead. Please let us know when you're ready to reset your account.
