  2. This support request is being escalated to our root admins.
  3. This usually means either your antivirus or your network is blocking the connection if you are on a school or business connection then the network administrator probably blocked websites of webhosts. if you are using an antivirus, try disabling it and if that works, then you can report that as a false positive to the antivirus provider.
  4. When I open plesk from the heliohost dashboard, the following message is shown. Your Internet access is blocked Firewall or antivirus software may have blocked the connection. Try: Checking the connection Checking firewall and antivirus configurations Running Windows Network Diagnostics ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
  5. Hello, I currently have a personal account related to my amateur radio activity, which I use solely for hobby and community purposes. I am now starting a small business selling used electronic spare parts, which requires an independent presence to keep personal and commercial activities clearly separated. Therefore, I kindly request an exception to the one-account policy, so I can maintain two accounts with distinct purposes: * One for personal use (amateur radio, hobby). * Another for commercial use (electronics spare parts business). Both accounts are managed exclusively by me, but each serves a different role. Thank you for your attention, and I remain available to provide any further information if needed. Best regards, Walter

  8. We don't support using your own domain in the mail server hostname fields for any protocol (IMAP, POP, or SMTP). As has been said earlier, you MUST use johnny.heliohost.org as the mail server name. The domain mail.yieldandco.com is not valid or supported, so expecting TLS to work on it is kind of silly. Can you post a picture of the mail settings in your CRM so we can verify they are correct?
  9. Thank you, much appreciated. Yes, I have a former cPanel account, hence the mess. Glad that everything is working fine now.
  10. It's because both of those domains had the same document root. This is likely because you have a cPanel migration account (these accounts act really weird when you modify them, my guess is the main domain change broke it). I've separated the two domains, and you'll see a new folder called survisionmagazine.com now. Please place the content for that site in there. Use public_html for the main domain. You'll need to wait up to 2 hours for the changes to take effect.
  11. Hello, After you kindly replaced my main domain with tonykitt.com two hours ago (cheers for that!), files from the public_html folder of one of my websites get copies to the public_html folder of another replacing its contents (between tonykitt.com and survisionmagazine.com). Is there any way you can fix it, so I decide which files I have in my folders and not Plesk? Thanks. user survisi1
  12. Main domain changed. it can take up to 2 hours for the new domain to start working.
  13. For others who may find this, please see this wiki article. https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway
  14. Hello Admins, I wonder if you could help me with adding a domain, which I don't seem to be able to do by myself. I would like to add tonykitt.com - and if this domain is added, I will instantly point this website's DNS to Heliohost. Also, I currently have a domain on here (survisionmagazine.heliohost.org) that I don't need, but I can't remove it via Plesk. Maybe you can do it for me and replace it with tonykitt.com? If at all possible... This way I'll only have 3 domains, which is quite sufficient for me. Many, many thanks in advance! Username: survisi1
  15. Due to the amount of RAM this feature requires, it would result in a load suspension on Johnny within hours. On Morty there are no load suspensions, but its still so heavy that it instantly causes an overage fee for RAM usage instead. It costs almost $2/month extra just to have it enabled.
  16. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your new domain to fully work. If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Please note there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, so I made a full backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
  17. Please remove my domain lmhttc24.helioho.st and create new domain with name englishcenter.helioho.st

  19. The problem appears to be centered around the mail.yieldandco.com not getting the certificate, even when I reissue. The settings page does show that mail.yieldandco.com should be secure, but it's not being recognized when you attempt to go to that site.
  20. When I run the SSL Labs test it comes back with a "Warning: Inconsistent Server Configuration" message. Attached is the report. This could possibly be the problem. screencapture-ssllabs-ssltest-analyze-html-2025-08-27-11_20_50.pdf
  21. I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  22. Thank you, it works now. It looks like I should have just waited.
  23. None of those appear to be the problem. What does the error logs say is happening?
  24. 1. No 2. 1.1/1.2/1.3. For SMTP, you need to connect on port 465 for TLS support. Use 993 for IMAP. 3. No. We use dovecot. 4. Allowed by default but IPs get blocked if they try to log in incorrectly too many times.
  25. Same error message with trying to connect emails to my Hubspot CRM. I tried the settings with the exact details shown in Plesk, and then changed the two email lines to show johnny.heliohost.org instead of the domain name for the Incoming and Outgoing mail servers. Please help. Here's a few questions from Hubspot: 1) Does the server use "ActiveSync"? If so this could be the culprit. 2) What TLS is being used on the server? TLSv2 is not allowed. 3) Is Courier-IMAP the IMAP Software? 4) Is there any IP address blocking? Where we need to include Hubspot as authorized. Here's a link to the knowledge base with IP addresses that Hubspot may use: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/set-up-imap-settings-for-your-email-domain?hubs_content=knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/technical-requirements-for-connecting-your-inbox-to-hubspot-with-imap&hubs_content-cta=add-the-ip-addresses#view-list-of-ips-to-whitelist Thanks,
