Hello I hope you're well. I purchased a VPS today using the email rafal1509@gmail.com, but I believe there may be an issue with the account. Previously, this email was associated with a profile under Tommy server, which was suspended due to a misreading of the house rules which led to the suspension. ( I had created another TOMMY server ) Now, although I received the initial confirmation email stating that I would get another message once the VPS was set up, I haven’t received any follow-up or setup details yet. I’m concerned that the VPS setup might be affected due to the email being linked to the suspended account. Could you please check and confirm the status of my VPS setup? If needed, I’m happy to provide a different email address to associate with the VPS account to avoid any conflicts. Thank you for your help.

Just got an email that says “Possible Terms of Service violation detected”, i guess it’s because of login into my account from the lab of the university, maybe some other colleagues did the same on the same host (heliohost)

I'm not sure why you need all of these installed. Most people just use one type of database at a time. Nonetheless, they have been installed.

The /tmp folder on Morty was full which caused the login issue. it should be working now.

I tried logging in at https://morty.heliohost.org/ using the same password, and it worked. Right after that, I was able to log in at https://heliohost.org/login/, too. I’m not sure how to explain it, but I’ve saved the Morty link directly in my bookmarks just in case. Thanks!

Well that's weird. I do see two successful password resets for you. What happens if you try to log into Morty directly at https://morty.heliohost.org/ ? Should be talesaz and whatever password you last set. Also, keep in mind that Plesk does not support passwords containing spaces or non-English characters.

Hello everyone, I'm new on this software and I'm happy that solution like this exists. I need your help, I'm sure I'm doing somethnig wrong. I had my Pyton app running on Render, I've now adjusted the files in my Git repo, I successfully sync the repo and get it into my httpdocs folder. I've adjusted the file to have a sample webpage but I still seeing nothing and receive the 503 error Service unavailable. Even in the logs I don't see more. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any suggest.

SSH is not permitted for security reasons. There are ways to run a telegram bot without SSH though. The method used for starting and stopping a Discord bot can be easily adapted for example: https://wiki.helionet.org/Discord_Bot#Starting_and_Stopping_Your_Bot
