Or the WSGI Control Access is just for debugging purpose? Just doing some clarification here for me to understand better about Django apps.

Unlike a lot of free hosts we offer unlimited alias domains, unlimited addon domains, and unlimited subdomains. If you need any help adding another website to your account just let us know. Another common reason people create more than one account is to try out several servers at once, or to transfer a website between accounts on different servers. Did you know that an admin can move your account for you for as little as a $1 USD donation? This will save you the trouble of signing up again, and deleting your account, etc. Sometimes our systems flags you as possibly having more than one account when you share a computer with family, friends, coworkers, other students, etc. If this is your situation we apologize for the suspension, and we'll be happy to unsuspend all of the involved accounts after you provide proof that each of the accounts belong to a different person.

Hello dear heliohost support, I would like to wipe everything on my heliohost account. My username is szhiro, with current domain app.zhirofund.com. I have done manual backup myself. After the wipe and domain deletion, next step is I would like to opt-in for a default helioho.st subdomain, since my main purpose is to do some development testing on new technologies, particularly Django. My new subdomain would be airsupportdevtech.helioho.st, if it is not occupied. In the meantime, I would like to request WSGI control access to for my Django app development. Thanks a lot! Appreciate if able to do so.

SSH is disabled for accounts on the Plesk servers for security reasons. if you need it, then you would need to get a VPS. You can view our VPS plans at https://heliohost.org/vps/ You can also run jailed shell commands using Plesks scheduled tasks feature.

Hello HelioHost Team, I’m currently using a Tommy account on the new Plesk system. My username is alkastraverse. I would like to request SSH access for basic development purposes (Node.js, git, cron jobs, etc.). I’m not planning to run anything heavy or persistent like Minecraft or custom servers. Here is your storage usage: Backups 0 MB Emails 0 MB Files 520.49 MB Trash 479.49 MB Logs 1.59 MB PSQL 0 MB MySQL 48.82 MB Total 1050.39 MB When you delete something through the Plesk file manager you may want to check the box to skip the trash. I cleared the trash for you, and you're under the limit again. You should be able to login now, but your websites may continue to show 503 errors for a while until the next Apache restart.

a root admin can help clear some storage for you, you can also buy more storage for an immediate unsuspension.
