[Solved] please add the domain parsenn.homes , i am in the morty plan
KazVee replied to alberto4's topic in Customer Service
I've added that domain to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache -
You can force recalculation by clicking this icon in the top right corner in the statistics box for your domain.
-
This is because the storage space has not recalculated yet. Also since you deleted the cgi-bin directory, be aware that you will now need an admin to restore it for you if you ever plan on using server side scripts such as Python or NodeJS.
-
The httpdocs folder under the default domain name has been cleared, but the statistics still show that 94.8 MB is occupied. I am confused and ask for your help.
-
You can do this yourself either through the plesk file manager or from SFTP. You can also request to reset your account if you would like a fresh start.
-
Hello HelioHost Support Team, I would like to request that you please delete all files and folders under my default domain: lismo.helioho.st. My hosting account username is: lismo Thank you for your help!

Domains added, they'll take effect in just under two hours. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create an A/AAAA record for each domain, pointing to Morty's new IP address.
-
Domain added, it'll take effect in about 110 minutes.

[Solved] Change Main Domain - editer le nom du domaine
KazVee replied to achillemutombo97's topic in Customer Service
I've changed the main domain on your account for you to fincollect.work.gd. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain#Custom_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Since there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, I made a full account backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups -
All HelioHost staff are unpaid volunteers. We have full-time jobs and lives outside this project, and we run the organization in our free time. If we are busy, things may not get done very quickly. Help is usually provided within 24 hours, but there is no guaranteed timeframe. Due to time zone differences (most staff are based in North America) and real-life commitments like work, school, and family, response times can vary. Bumping your requests will often slow down responses to you, since we try work from oldest to newest timestamp. Response times for different requests can also vary depending on various factors, such as the level of system permissions and/or topic expertise that a specific unpaid volunteer member of staff may have. As well, many of us will consider factors like the complexity of the request and factor in how much spare time we have right at that moment to action the request. Unlike for-profit hosting companies with full-time employees working 40 hours a week, it is rare for any of our volunteers to work more than an hour or so per day. No one is required to log hours and volunteers come and go as they please. If we are not having fun volunteering, providing support, chatting with the community, or developing new features, we take a break and focus on other things. This is why we do not offer SLAs or ETAs for new features or repairs, and why things move a little slower than with a commercial host. You can read more about why we cannot offer ETAs here: https://wiki.helionet.org/ETA For more information about how Community-Powered Technical Support works, visit: https://wiki.helionet.org/FAQ#How_does_community-powered_support_work?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but i will bump this topic as i see some newer requests processed, whilst mine leaves me unupdated at it's 4 hour age. Thank you for your service, I'm just wondering if it was forgotten about.

[Solved] Increase morty prepay balance request
Krydos replied to bitstream's topic in Escalated Requests
Your current balance was $7.3940 plus $5.00 plus $1.00 bonus brings your new total to $13.3940. Based on your load from the last 30 days your new estimated expiration date is 2027-06-10, but if your load increases it could run out sooner. We will email you occasionally to let you know how your balance is being used. Thanks for increasing your Morty balance. -

Your site loads for me. If you're still having issues, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache The 502 errors will happen sometimes on Johnny, when Apache restarts, which happens every 2 hours. You can read more about this here: https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway If you want to see the 502 errors less often, you could ugrade your hosting account to Tommy, Morty, or a VPS. There are more explanations on how to do that on the page I've linked, too.

Hello, Thank you. It has been about 13 hours since the main domain was changed, but the website still shows 502 Bad Gateway (nginx). Could you please check if everything is configured correctly? Thank you.
