  13. This triggered when i was creating a db user- about 30mins ago, still now not yet logging in-- is the delay normal, should i try again after the next reset?
  14. Did you try again in a bit as it says? For Johnny users, this is normal every day around 1100-1200 EST when the server performs its routine database restart.

  16. Hello HelioHost Support Team, Thank you for your response. Yes, this is the account I would like to keep. I only created one HelioHost account. My friend also uses HelioHost and we both use the same internet connection, so the system may have detected multiple accounts from the same IP address. The other account is not mine. We are two different users sharing the same network. Please review my account and reactivate it. I will make sure to follow all HelioHost rules.

  23. No. That said, it will still get killed if you exceed your load limit and get suspended. As of right now, it looks like the script is using so few resources that that won't be an issue.

  25. The domain has been added, but in order to actually host it with us you must do 1 of the following 2 options. Use our nameservers by logging in to your registrar and setting your NS records to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org Use any external DNS that you want, Cloudflare is a popular free option, and create an A record with the value 65.19.154.90 and an AAAA record with the value 2001:470:1:1ee::1002
