I have renew my account "sortaloc" and i like to enable again my domain "dandyas.my.id". But, when I change its nameserver to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org it still can't accessible. When I checked its ip address still using the older IP address 65.19.141.77. in my plesk control panel it shows IP address 65.19.154.90(v4), 2001:470:1:1ee::1002(v6). I have change its DNS Management too on my domain hosting into IP Address on Plesk Control Panel but still can't access its website. Can you help me to make it worked again?

In order for a domain to be added to an account, you need to provide the full domain name, including the top-level domain (TLD), that you want added. If you're using a free HelioHost domain, this means we need to know if you want the domain to end with 'helioho.st' or 'heliohost.us'. Leave it. If it brings issues down the line, we shall reset. It seems to be ok now. Thanks alot for your help. Now to look for my Dreamweaver key so that I can start porting the sites from Wordpress. Is the email enabled now? Also, I couldn't find anything in the statistics on which account or the email traffic statistics, Any idea where I can be checking in the future to avoid getting suspended? -
If the error has cleared itself and you're satisfied with how the account is working now, no we do not need to reset it. The unusual username mismatch may cause issues down the road, but if it's working we can just leave it be.
