  2. You're very welcome! Please give a shout if we can help with anything else. 🙂
  3. I've added the responder one to your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Addon_Domains#Custom_Addon_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  4. Ah, sorry for my misunderstanding, that makes sense, how about responder.infosecbyalex.xyz?
  5. Subdomains 'mail' and 'webmail' (and 'www' for that matter, since the www is implied when the root domain is added) cannot be added to domains since they are reserved by the system. Please let us know if there's an alternative you might want added.
  6. I would like to request to please add mail.infosecbyalex.xyz to my domains, thank you!
  7. Today
  8. It's not crashing. We're forcing it to restart intentionally. The errors occur because nginx is used in front of Apache as a proxy, and it spits out that error when it can't reach apache.
  9. That's a lot I guess. I think 5xx error cause by apache2 crash. What make it crash in the first place? Out of Memory issue?
  10. Yes, it does take that long in our case, because there's several thousand domains hosted on one server, which means a ton of Apache vhosts. Johnny and Tommy each have about 5500 vhosts (a typical domain uses 2 vhosts, one for plain HTTP and one for HTTPS). Your typical VPS is probably going to have like 10-20 vhosts. An instance of apache on your home computer for localhost development likely has 1 or 2. Then there's the fact that the servers are also quite busy, so load is not always the lowest...
  11. I've played around with "systemctl restart apache2". For my experience, it shouldn't take more than a few seconds. It really take a few minutes to complete in Johnny and Tommy? I'm just curious.
  12. Yesterday
  13. DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain littlebosses.co.ke. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.
  14. Glad to hear it's working now! 🙂 I was joking in the staff chat that even though I often remind users to clear their cache, it's not something I really do myself. Yes, it has caused me problems. No, I probably won't learn to clear my cache more often... 😄
  15. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working. a root admin can add the DKIM and SPF records for you. Additionally, this is your 10th domain; you will need to have one of your current domains deleted if you want additional domains added to your account in the future.
  16. Please see https://wiki.helionet.org/502_Bad_Gateway for information on this error.
  17. Please add littlebosses.co.ke to my account Also add the relevant DKIM, SPM and DMARC settings. I have added the nameserver to NS1 and NS2.heliohost.org
  18. Thanks alot. It's working now. I really appreciate your patience dealing with a noob like me Thanks a ton!
  19. I've changed the main domain on your account for you. Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for the domain change to take effect, and it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. To configure your DNS, please see the steps provided on our Wiki to either set NS records pointed at the HelioHost nameservers, or create A/AAAA records and point them to your server's IPv4/IPv6 address: https://wiki.helionet.org/Changing_Your_Main_Domain#Custom_Domains If after a full 2 hours it doesn't work on your side, please make sure you clear your web browser cache: https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache Since there is a risk of data loss when main domains are changed, I made a full account backup for you before I made the changes, in case you need any files from the old domain. You can download the backup here: https://heliohost.org/backup If you're not sure how to extract the backup files, please follow our how-to guide here: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups
  20. Yes, the F12 to open and close DevTools works with Firefox too. 🙂 If you want to save yourself some typing, instead of using the entire web address for links on your site, you could use relative paths, which link to files based on the location of the page doing the linking (like WAA.php). For example, if your WAA page and the ForYou folder are both at the same level, (probably inside httpdocs), instead of linking to `https://wildabyss.heliohost.us/ForYou/DownloadableBreeds/BreedableWalret/BreedableWalret.zip`, you could create the link on the WAA page to point to `ForYou/DownloadableBreeds/BreedableWalret/BreedableWalret.zip` Using relative paths makes your links more flexible. If you move your site to a new domain or change your username, the links will still work as long as your folder structure stays the same. I'll mark this thread as [Solved] now since the problem with downloads has been resolved, but please give us a shout if we can help with anything else! 🙂
  21. WSGI control access has been enabled on the domain revokeauth.com. To restart your Flask app and load new code changes in simply edit /home/revokeauth.com/httpdocs/api/flask.wsgi. Adding a blank line, removing a blank line, adding a space, or removing a space are examples of editing the file. As long as the last modified timestamp changes it will clear the server cache. Let us know if you run into any issues.
  22. I am aware that the server will cost 1.91 more.
  23. I am aware.
  24. It happens everyday once if not a few. I'm curious why Apache always give 5xx error
  25. Are you aware that WSGI control access uses about 260 GB memory per day, and your Morty bill will probably be about $1.91 or more per month?
  26. Your sites load for me. Did you clear your cache? https://wiki.helionet.org/Clear_Your_Cache
  27. Your domains are working for me. Where are you seeing this error?
