Whatever you were running was a bit too heavy. Please reduce the usage. You can run cron as often as you need, but keep in mind that cron tasks cause load like everything else. Run them too frequently and you'll just end up suspended again. 10-15 minutes might be fine provided the script you're running isn't too heavy, but if it uses a lot of memory it could be too often. High server load most likely. If the server is too busy, Passenger tries to start your app but the server can't finish in time, so it times out and that error appears.

Let us know if you find a vulnerability for a particular kernel, and we can update the server. Generally we keep the server fairly up to date anyways so it's unlikely that anything like that will be an issue. It seems like you must be new to Linux because it's literally always been this way. We used cPanel from 2005 until 2021 and it was the same way too, and now Plesk is the same from 2021 to 2025. If it was a security issue I think cPanel or Plesk or CentOS or Alma Linux would have fixed it in the last 20 years.

We generally recommend that if an account is being used for school to use their school email address so we know its an education account (this also helps others in their class avoid the same issue if they happen to also use us). Hi , I noticed that the website ogn.helioho.st is down with a message to contact support . This website is 100% mine and genuinely used by me. There is possibly an issue due to another account created by my son who is a student and currently studying Computer science and web design. The other account is used by him, and he is mocking with a design for a company. He is currently staying in our house due to holidays, but will be going back to Uni in January.
