Your current balance was $0.2399 plus $4 plus $0 bonus brings your new balance to $4.2399. Based on your usage for the last 30 days this new balance should last you until 2026-08-18, but if your load increases it could run out sooner. In the future if you increase your balance by $5 or more at a time you get an additional bonus balance increase. Less than $5 doesn't get a bonus though. For instance, if you donate $5 you get a bonus of $1 for a total balance increase of $6. Thanks for increasing your Morty balance. -

Hi, Starting Apr 13 around 10pm EST, accessing my MySQL db (Johnny) from Render was TIMEDOUT with an exception: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT at PromisePool.query (/opt/render/project/src/node_modules/mysql2/promise.js:356:22) If I access from my home, I have no issue! Is there some sort of blacklist blocking the access? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your account is being reset. You'll receive an email when the reset is complete to create a new account. As for the space usage, it was caused by 539MB worth of laravel logs in ~/httpdocs/storage/logs because your app was crashing repeatedly. The logs were almost entirely stack traces caused by a missing route.

Domain changed, it'll take effect in about 70 minutes. If you're not using HelioHost's nameservers, you'll need to create a new A/AAAA record to Johnny's IP address for it to work. -
I just realized that I accidentally changed the nameservers. I’ve set them back to HelioHost’s, and everything is working normally again. Sorry for taking your time — it’s already resolved.

You got suspended because your site suddenly started consuming an excessive amount of CPU and slowed the server down. The usage was coming from PHP. Either your site suddenly saw a massive surge in traffic (e.g. got posted on reddit), it got hit by a bot attack that caused excessive traffic/usage, or something on your account malfunctioned (e.g. buggy code stuck in an infinite loop). Please resolve the issue quickly. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes before you can log in again, and up to 2 hours for domains to function.

Working fine for me, try clearing your browser cache or checking your network to see if it is blocking the domain if the issue persists.
