Also, to clarify the issue, Johnny's MariaDB restarts around this time of day for maintenance, and during the restart, it is impossible to log into your account and Plesk will not function. If you're already logged in, you'll receive database errors or undesired behavior. It resolves in a few minutes on its own when the restart completes. This behavior (while a bit scary) is normal.

Hi, I was using Plesk and then when I clicked on a folder, it gave me an error: "No such file or directory." Seemingly everything on my account was gone. Then, I went to the official HelioHost website, tried to log in, and it told me "Unable to log in with that username and password." I do not believe I am suspended as it would've specifically told me that. I hope this can be resolved soon because I don't want to lose my work. Regards, pizzapizza72

In PostgreSQL you can't have a database username that is the same as a database name. Can you double check that this is the correct database username?

Yes you can. You need to edit the database user and enable remote access (it's at the bottom below the permissions), and after that, you can reach the database server remotely using tommy.heliohost.org:3306 as the host name.

Thank you wolstech for reviewing, yes they are all WordPress, which are bloated, I just didn't know how bloated. So I will need to review them. I'm glad that I bought more space so as I experiment I wont have any overage. Thanks again everyone, have a great day and feel free to mark this a solved.

None of that is trash, the account was just full. The above doesn't include databases, mail, or anything else either, just the files. Most if not all of those sites are WP, which is quite bloated, so not surprised by the size. For example the savvy.press one's wp-content folder is 200+MB alone. Buying more space looks like it was the right call here.

I just checked in my test account, and I didn't get a .trash folder in my Home directory until I actually deleted something. Could you try to make a new file and then delete it? Make sure to leave the "Skip the Recycle Bin and permanently remove [filename]" option unchecked. Once the file is deleted, you should see a new .trash folder appear right in your Home directory. Edited to add: Plesk confirms the .trash folder (they also call it Recycle Bin) is created when the user deletes a file.
