I tested this a bit Morty logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 3.43 seconds Tommy logs loading on Node.js enabled domain = 20.01 seconds So, yes Morty is quite a bit faster, but it shouldn't take more than 30 seconds. Perhaps you need to reset your account first regardless of whether you move to Morty or not. I think this is an issue specific to your account, not a server-wide issue.

  9. You got suspended for using too much memory. The limit is 200GB per day. Please fix the issue quickly. Unsuspended. It may take a few minutes before you can login again, and domains can take up to two hours to function.
  10. You're the first person to report that the logs are slow only when node is enabled... that's an interesting observation. Morty would likely make it faster since the entire server is quite a bit faster than Tommy, but I'm actually kind of curious as to why this only happens to you when node is enabled. Maybe Krydos has some input on this?
  11. Java / JSP is not currently available on the shared hosting accounts. Although it is on the roadmap, there is no estimated timeframe as to when Java may be offered.   18. I'm currently on the Tommy plan. The log page in Plesk takes >5 mins to load when my Node.js is enabled. Would upgrading to the Morty have a log page that loads more instantaneous? If I disable my node.js app, the log page will go back to loading quickly but enabling back on my node.js app is another pain point.

  23. You will either need to delete all NS records except for HelioHost's (ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org) or you could delete our NS records, and use external DNS instead.

  27. The easiest way cancel your VPS is to just go to https://heliohost.org/dashboard/cancel/ and click "Delete VPS". If you can't figure out how to cancel your VPS on your own, we can cancel the VPS for you, but since the email address on this forum account doesn't match the email address on the VPS we need to verify the email address prior to deleting any data. This is to prevent someone from pretending to be you to delete your data. The easiest way to verify your email address is for you to send an email to support@heliohost.org from the email address associated with your VPS.
  28. That domain is working properly for me. Please clear your cache. Note that this error is usually caused by running out of disk space, and you are very close to your limit (975 of 1000MB). I suspect you were over your limit earlier and have since dropped below due to something like log rotation freeing up space.
