I took another look at the crashed Johnny server, and there is no trace of that database remaining. You'll have to restore it from your own personal backups that you made.

I have created the new account on Morty but I seem to be missing the database from the backup that was available to me just now. The old account had 2 databases but I only need the one called 'fahqdio_hd2stats'.

Hello, Received the email of the issue with the Johnny server, appreciate the email with the notice and the backup. I am wondering about the database, seems some were not able to be recovered and mine is not in the backup file, want to confirm if it is the case with it. While Johnny is rebuild, could the site be move to Morty temporarily?, once the server is back will confirm if we stay on Morty. 😉 Thanks for the all service and support you guys have been given with the hosting service. \m/

and i am alos getting this error wheni try to log in to main dashboard to heliohost : Login To HelioHost No response from server. Try again in a bit.

thank a lot the website is back to work for 2 days but again it stopped , i am getting this error below. kindly advice and remember this website is real live website i want to upgrade to better server soon but i want to see if its stable for some time , do think i have to upgrade to get better uptime ? is there any limitations issue with my current server ? i wish this issue solved forever , please check all issues and fix Hmmm… can't reach this page alphamarkets.helioho.st took too long to respond

We didn't do anything on our side, so you must have fixed it accidentally. 🙂 I'll mark this as Solved but let us know (by starting a new thread) if you need help with anything else!

Don't know if you did anything, or if my messing around accidentally worked, but it's back up and running again, so the reset isn't required. Thank you anyway, and I'll bear all that in mind for the future!
