If they're disappearing, something's deleting them. They were there after I restored them and they were working. My first suggestion would be to change your password, but it's possible one of your scripts has a security vulnerability or bug. I'll escalate this too, but I have a feeling the response you're going to get is that you need to reset your account due to being a legacy account, which is also going to cause you to lose your .org subdomain since they aren't available anymore.

I'm on tommy plan, I'm installing a CRM system which requires PHP 8.2 but the PHP switch feature didn't seam to work it's been hours. does it take more time or the feature isn't functional. Can y'all show me how to properly do it. I tend to change the PHP versions from time to time since I experiment with different scripts I hate to have to ask for the support each time :/ redwyn.tn portal.redwyn.tn

I still don't have any new ideas why this is timing out for you on both Tommy and Johnny. We haven't had anyone else report any issues connecting to MariaDB remotely, and I've tested it from a dozen different locations and they can all connect to MariaDB on both Tommy and Johnny without any issues. The fact that it's saying "timed out" rather than like "permission denied" or some other error means it's a network issue of some sort because you're not even getting to MariaDB for it to be a username, password, or server side configuration. Let us know if you ever figure it out.

Redis is definitely not supported unless you provide your own redis server to use it with. We don't offer Redis hosting. Opcache is technically possible, but a quick google makes me think it might cause increased memory usage which may get you suspended. Your memory usage is already at 75% of the limit (150GB cumulative use per day, as measured by sampling actual use every 60 seconds and adding together). We have a limit of 200GB per day on all plans except Morty (Morty charges you fees for going over 200 instead of suspending you). -
It's PHP 7.4, yes. If possible, enabling Redis instead of opcache would be preferred.

I'm not sure if this is supported or not. Krydos can take a look at this for you. Looks like PHP 7.4. -
The 404 error was accurate...that file appears to have been deleted from your account. In fact, all .html files have been deleted from that folder. There are other things in the UNI3 folder, but nothing named board-generator.html. I've restored a copy of the UNI3 folder from a backup dated 2024-09-27 for you. Please let us know if you need anything else.

I just went to add these and learned that Plesk does not support creating aliases to a subdomain (it can only alias the actual addon domain). The below aliases cannot be created as a result: teste.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org mcp.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.qzz.io cdn.centralmacatuba.dpdns.org

Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for them to take effect, and the new domain added it will not work until you set up your DNS with your domain registrar. Please note there is a risk of data loss when domains are removed, since the folder for the domain inside Plesk will be deleted. I still don't know what happened, and still can't get it to work. I upgraded to Tommy, thinking that might have helped change things. Still doesn't work. Please close this thread. I will probably move my domain to HelioHost anyway now.
