  2. HAHA! I think I can put up with 1000MB, though it's a lot to handle.😏 Thanks for digging through the old moldy records. Hope you didn't get your hands dusty. If you check out my first post here you'll see when I first joined I had a terrible problem with the email validation. Somehow the account got enabled... if there's no record of email, that would explain the trouble. Apparently I wasn't the only one with Yahoo troubles at that time. I still have that email, though it's largely become a spamcatcher. Checking it now, I see the invite, and thank you very much! Let's see how this goes now. Also, I'm very impressed that HelioHost is still going strong after all this time! I guess I assumed it slipped into the abyss like most of the top hosts of the time. Kudos!💯 <edit> Thanks again, I'm logged into plesk and should see the domain in about half an hour according to the page ticker. Y'all rock!
  3. Welcome back! I looked through your post history, and figured out 16 years later, why you never received any emails from us: +===================================+ | New Account Info | +===================================+ | Domain: godk.heliohost.org | Ip: 65.19.143.3 (n) | HasCgi: y | UserName: godk | PassWord: ***HIDDEN*** | CpanelMod: x3 | HomeRoot: /home | Quota: 250 Meg | NameServer1: ns1.heliohost.org | NameServer2: ns2.heliohost.org | NameServer3: | NameServer4: | Contact Email: | Package: HelioHost | Feature List: default | Language: en +===================================+ See the contact email line? Normally there's a contact email address listed there. Not sure why your account was created without an email address, but that's definitely why you couldn't reset your password or anything. Mystery solved, I guess. Stevie was purchased in July 2008, and had accounts on it until July 2023. 15 years of faithful service to HelioHost. Technically the server still exists, but it is currently unplugged and is going to be recycled the next time someone goes to the datacenter. We actually just did a fundraiser to celebrate that old server, and purchase Stevie2. https://donorbox.org/rebirth-of-stevie I sent you an invite for the Johnny plan because that's the modern equivalent to the Stevie free plan you had. Unfortunately, we no longer offer 250 MB plans, so you'll need to suffer through having 1000 MB.
  4. Yeah if it was created in 2009 it's likely long gone by now. it's probably best to have a new invite sent to your email.
  5. Welcome back. I wasn't able to find any accounts related to your credentials, but an administrator might be able to dig deeper and find out for you.
  6. Hi! Well, back in the stone age (2009) I had a free account here. I vaguely remember finding out that it was suspended or deleted by inactivity, not having read that email addy for ages I missed any notices. Looking back at my (sadly impatient) support topic, it seems it was on "Stevie"? I guess that doesn't even exist any more? Anyway, I was wondering if the account was suspended, how to go about reestablishing it, or if the ancient accounts have been purged, the best course is to try to apply for a new one, right? I'm genuinely surprised that I remembered my login creds for this forum tbh. But here it is. Thanks in advance for any insight. Be well!

  8. Domain added. it may take up to 2 hours to start working.
  9. I currently have ember.helioho.st and I would like to add bishdom.helioho.st if possible. Please and thank you.
  10. You're welcome. Let us know if you need anything else.
  11. Thank you so much! I really appreciate your help!
  12. Email address received by PM. i’ve updated your account and unsuspended you. It may take a few minutes to start working again.
  13. You’re suspended for using a disposable email address. Please provide a non-disposable email address that we can contact you at, and we can update your account and unsuspend you. If you don’t want to post it publicly, you can PM me.

  16. Remote access enabled. host=65.19.154.90 port=5432 user=fudobi_admin_weimburg dbname=fudobi_weimburg password=<set in Plesk>
  17. Krydos has to do this.
  18. Unsuspended.
  19. Krydos will need to address the multiple account detection in the system so it doesn't get suspended again. He may have additional questions for you as well. Escalating.
  20. Hey guys, would very much appreciate if I could get remote access for a postgres DB. DATABASE: database: fudobi_weimburg user: fudobi_admin_weimburg host: fudobi.helioho.st I believe that @Krydos has to do this. Thanks a lot! Let us know when you need more collaborations for another new server! Francisco
  21. I share a network with another person that has a heliohost account, and we both use the service sporadicly (bintrestreeterm recommended heliohost to me for web-hosting). We each only have one account, but the traffic comes from the same IP address.
  22. You're actually suspended for both a disposable email address and multiple accounts. Users are only allowed to have one account. The other account was already unsuspended due to a previous request. https://helionet.org/index/topic/64122-solved-request-account-unsuspension/ I've updated the email address to match the one on your forum account, which resolves the disposable email issue, but can you explain why there are two accounts?
  23. Username: commscloudtest Server: Johnny Heliohost domain: commscloudtest.heliohost.us Hello HelioHost administrators, I believe my account was suspended due to violating the TOS rule to not register an account using a disposable e-mail address. In order to comply with this, I have changed the email address associated with the account and am willing to comply with any other requests in order to continue using the service. Respectfully, comms
  24. Domain added. it can take up to 2 hours to start working.
  25. If you'd like to use the domain, you could still create an A/AAAA record to Morty's IP address. Cloudflare unfortunately doesn't support setting custom nameservers.
