Hi Goodday, i recently received an email that 'Yet again your Wordpress install has been hacked, and we've been forced to suspend your account.' . I have not even created anything new or done anything on my account since our last conversation. I believe you had cleaned out and closed most/all of my wordpress except the ths.helioho domain. I'm abit confused as to which wordpress was hacked again? I've also been told not to use wordpress at all and i'm surprised because I know most hosting sites manage wordpress fine plus my wordpress sites are not anything major. Can i know which site was hacked and what i can do since a reset will also affect my portfolio domain(ngo.helioho) which itself isn't even wordpress.I had thought we'd cleaned out all the malwarre. It looks like that domain was already added to your account a few hours ago. You do need to configure DNS before it will work though.

Oh sorry, I somehow missed the "no Hestia" part. There was a problem with the VPS task processor, but it has been resolved now. It looks like your VPS finished building WITHOUT Hestia about 15 minutes ago. Are you able to login now?

I don't have a lot of info since I don't work on the VPSs, but it's been mentioned in the staff channel that your VPS builds are delayed. When someone who has more info sees your post, they'll be able to give you more details, but I wanted to let you know the VPS admins are aware of the issue and will be working on fixing it.

Thank you for your attention but I have 2 problems: I requested that my server should be rebuilt without HestiaCP (I had it in the previous build) I have had no email confirming the rebuild and I cannot ssh into the server. When I try to connect I get: ssh: connect to host 64.71.156.101 port 22: No route to host Can you let me know what is happening please. Regards Douglas

It sounds like you needed an alias, not an addon domain. An addon domain sharing a document root with the main domain is not recommended...doing so can cause issues in Plesk, and will completely break both domains if the addon domain is later removed (Plesk will delete the now-shared document root). Do you want me to convert this to an alias for you?

That domain is working properly for me. No SSL error shown. Is this still an issue?

I assume you're using $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] to get this value...if both the server and the visiting device support IPv6, it's typically going to be preferred. PHP can only see the IP of the connection used to call the script, so if the connection came in on IPv6, you'll see an IPv6 address.
