  1. Past hour
  2. If you're using Windows we have a couple recommended programs for extracting .tzst files listed in the wiki article https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#Windows
  3. Ok, I went the "Domain" folder and found the "backup-user-data-xxx.tzst file, but I don't know how to open it. If i right-click, there's an "Open" option, but no associated program...
  4. Today
  5. You have to upload them yourself. If you need instructions on how to unpack the backup file, please see this document: https://wiki.helionet.org/Account_Backups#How_to_Extract_Your_Account_Data_from_the_Backup_File
  6. Done! After how long will the files be uploaded?
  7. Alright, I've started the reset. In a few minutes you'll get an email. Click the link in that email to finish the reset.
  8. The domain ajira.org.uk is not configured properly at the registrar. Specifically, it has no A records set: https://bybyron.net/php/tools/dns_records.php?domain=ajira.org.uk&rec=A You need to either create A records pointed to the IPs shown in Plesk, or set the domain's name servers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.
  9. Nearly the entire account is being wasted by session temp files in your news site: root@morty [/home/chrisohps.helioho.st/news.burken.com/src/var/sessions]# du -sh 850M . I deleted enough of them to get you under 1000MB again, but would recommend deleting the rest and modifying your code to clean these up after a period of time. I see files in there dating back to early 2025... Your domains can take up to 2 hours to function again.
  10. I've installed WordPress on my domain https://ajira.org.uk/, but the site is not working. Please check this from your end and let me know what the issue is. If needed, you can delete the previous WordPress installation and install a new one to fix it. Please make sure WordPress is installed properly and fix the site as soon as possible. take a look: https://prnt.sc/sMt0HifAGBm6 take a look: https://prnt.sc/qUp74WqVhL8e
  11. Thanks a lot Krydos! I've download .tar file, seems there is all I need.
  12. I thought I was keeping tab of my disk usage quota. Even requested to remove a domain name to free more space very recently. I have no idea what could have pushed my disk quota over the limit by 10MB? Last time I ran the stats, I had a good 100+mb headroom. Any info on this suspension would be appreciated. Thanks.
  13. Looks like PHP 8.2 to me https://redwyn.tn/phpinfo.php Correct. It can take up to 2 hours for PHP version to change because it requires an Apache restart.
  14. Yesterday
  15. Yeah, let's try doing an account reset, and see if that fixes the issue. Please check the backup from https://heliohost.org/backup/ and make sure that everything you need is in there and is the latest version. If anything is missing or an older version please make a backup of anything you need. Once the backup from 2024 is checked, and once you have everything downloaded off the server let us know and we can try resetting your account for you.
  16. Thanks a lot Wolstech: UNI3 folder seems to be ok (works now), instead Tornei folder is again down.
  17. If they're disappearing, something's deleting them. They were there after I restored them and they were working. My first suggestion would be to change your password, but it's possible one of your scripts has a security vulnerability or bug. I'll escalate this too, but I have a feeling the response you're going to get is that you need to reset your account due to being a legacy account, which is also going to cause you to lose your .org subdomain since they aren't available anymore.
  18. I'm on tommy plan, I'm installing a CRM system which requires PHP 8.2 but the PHP switch feature didn't seam to work it's been hours. does it take more time or the feature isn't functional. Can y'all show me how to properly do it. I tend to change the PHP versions from time to time since I experiment with different scripts I hate to have to ask for the support each time :/ redwyn.tn portal.redwyn.tn
  19. Redis is available on the VPS plans which start at $4 per month. https://heliohost.org/vps/ It's already installed on Tommy's PHP 7.4 https://php74.krydos1.heliohost.org/
  20. I still don't have any new ideas why this is timing out for you on both Tommy and Johnny. We haven't had anyone else report any issues connecting to MariaDB remotely, and I've tested it from a dozen different locations and they can all connect to MariaDB on both Tommy and Johnny without any issues. The fact that it's saying "timed out" rather than like "permission denied" or some other error means it's a network issue of some sort because you're not even getting to MariaDB for it to be a username, password, or server side configuration. Let us know if you ever figure it out.
  21. Sorry Wolstech, but it seems that the file is still missing, because I still see the error file in both folders: when you replaced it, it was visible, but after a while the problem returned...
  22. Redis is definitely not supported unless you provide your own redis server to use it with. We don't offer Redis hosting. Opcache is technically possible, but a quick google makes me think it might cause increased memory usage which may get you suspended. Your memory usage is already at 75% of the limit (150GB cumulative use per day, as measured by sampling actual use every 60 seconds and adding together). We have a limit of 200GB per day on all plans except Morty (Morty charges you fees for going over 200 instead of suspending you).
  23. It's PHP 7.4, yes. If possible, enabling Redis instead of opcache would be preferred.
  24. Sorry Wolstech, but it seems that the file is still missing because I still see the error file in both folders: when you replaced it, it was visible, but after a while the problem returned...
  25. Restored.
  26. Thanks for your help. I've the same problem in "Tornei" folder. Can you restore? Thanks.
  27. I'm not sure if this is supported or not. Krydos can take a look at this for you. Looks like PHP 7.4.
