Yep, it worked. Your account is moving to Tommy. Thanks for the donation. I also noticed that you randomly received a review email. We would be really happy if you could click the link in the email to give us a 5 star review. It will only take you a couple minutes to write a sentence or two about your support request today, and it goes a long way to help us out. We recommend using the link that was emailed to you because 5 star reviews that don’t click the email link pretty much all get deleted. Our volunteers don't get paid in money because we are a non-profit, but our volunteers do get paid in smiles whenever someone lets us know they appreciate our work by giving a 5 star review. Thanks again!

They're probably being sent with a fake from header to make them look like you sent them to yourself. Pretty common with spam. Plesk's email system doesn't have a good spam filter, so you're likely going to receive most if not all spam sent to your domain. Decent spam filters will discard these fake From emails as sender spoofing. That said, DKIM, SPF, and DMARC have been set up for the domain bochard.net. We recommend sending a real email (not just the word "test" or a blank email) to https://www.mail-tester.com/ to make sure that everything is set up correctly. If you get less than a 10/10 score please post a link to the full report so we can help you fix any other issues that there may be.

below is the DKIM DNS record I saw in Plesk. for the name: _domainkey.bochard.net. IN TXT "o=-" and for the value: default._domainkey.bochard.net. IN TXT "v=DKIM1; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEA+SDLc/Hl5PNixlC3Z1QqVI5F0WQUTC0wA2GHBtcHm+cqyRxqCWP7OmmV5Z7Vn3nos10c8TB7chpdkPiTVeO53mrpK6ZC9fjhlfFajdLReXJvRhqR+MBCwUEw1IimwFUz35YIRwqJ2bHaqvtjhuH4oOZ45qq79GB9gsc5OGC/A74pvZBOzMt1zYo3BvwUNo2LTgcyMDTunY+ZU15PBFyE34tj8iniPctiznyx+MboWzR4FCG/igoSwuksUm591bW8PblllmtUzdIQi7ORn9P+JO+bCW29gJlJ77wxupzvelwUMbi/iNWrCnyVbJVNxHxGQTu4jzvMg74BfIGZ1YErmQIDAQAB;"

Hi, I'm not sure if this is a security risk. The domain I bought was an old used domain, and I found that the recipient address in my domain which I'm getting the spam emails is breached upon checking on haveibeenpwned. I am getting those spam emails because catch-all is enabled. Although, I don't mind those emails, I actually like reading some of them. A while ago, I got this spam email which is coming from my own domain. I don't know how it be possible for someone to send an email to me from my own domain, even though I only have one email created in Plesk. Is this a kind of email spoofing, and how did they do it? should I be worried about the security of my emails? Thank youu!!

@marcodalcantoTry not to use * when selecting columns in your queries as that tends to use up more resources. This is especially true if you only need the values from 2 to 3 columns in a table with many columns. Example select password from users where username = ${username}

Request to Enable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for My Domain
cacanatomilk posted a topic in Customer Service
I would like to enable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for my domain to ensure proper email authentication and avoid email delivery issues Details: HelioHost username: cacanatomilk Domain: genland.helioho.st Could you please set up the required DNS records and enable SPF, DKIM, and DMARC for my domain? Thank you very much for your assistance. -
The unit is seconds. Each user can have 10 simultaneous queries running at once. So if you start 10 queries that all take 10 seconds to finish your MariaDB load number would be 100 over 10 real life seconds. What are you going to do to reduce your MariaDB load?
-
You're suspended for excessive mariaDB server usage. It lists 14,240 in a 24 hour period, but not sure what the units are in this case (perhaps number of queries or CPU time spent running your queries?). The fact you mentioned it was for IOT stuff makes me think you might be updating the database too often...the fix might be a simple as reducing the polling frequency of whatever is connecting and using the database server. Honestly, this is only the second or third time I can ever remember someone getting suspended for this. I'm going to escalate this to Krydos as he will have more information on what happened...
